Stonfo Dropper Clips

Stonfo Dropper Clips are very small, lightweight polycarbonate clips designed for building fly-fishing leaders with droppers. They are suited to multi-fly set-ups where each dropper needs freedom to rotate and where a section of the rig may need to be changed quickly while fishing.

Each clip provides an attachment point for a dropper carrying an additional fly. The fitting allows the attached rig to rotate freely and makes it easier to replace the dropper without rebuilding the complete leader. This is particularly useful when changing fly pattern, size or presentation during a session with two or more flies.

Micro beads are supplied with the clips. When assembling the leader, select the tippet diameter and the length and spacing of the droppers to suit the flies, fishing method and water being covered. The finished arrangement should also comply with local rules governing the permitted number of flies.
