Return shipment order
Arrange a courier collection for returned or warranty-claim goods.
If you would like to return an item purchased from us or send a product back as part of a complaint or warranty claim, you can use our courier service.
Once payment has been received, we will send you a shipping label in PDF format by email. After receiving the label, please contact UPS to arrange collection of the parcel. Contact details for your local UPS office can be found at www.ups.com.
The shipping label must be printed, attached to the parcel and handed over to the courier.
This is a paid and optional service. You may also return the goods yourself using another, cheaper carrier.
This service is available in European Union countries, except Malta and Cyprus.
