Partridge YL2A B&W Capt. Hamilton Wet Fly Fly Hooks (25)

Partridge YL2A B&W Capt. Hamilton Wet Fly is a medium-weight hook for wet flies, as well as dry flies used for larger fish, fast water or weedy conditions. Its forged bend provides a solid platform for traditional fly patterns.

Design and use

The medium-weight wire suits dressings that need a more substantial construction than a delicate dry-fly hook. The forged bend leaves room for the body, hackle and wing of a wet fly, and its profile can also be used for larger dry patterns. Select this model when the fly proportions call for fuller materials on a stronger hook. The bronze finish is suited to traditional constructions.
