Partridge SLD2 Standard Dry Fly Hooks

Partridge SLD2 Standard Dry is a barbless, general-purpose hook for dry flies and emerger patterns. It is intended as a standard platform for a broad range of surface flies, from lightweight dressings to patterns with a fuller hackle or wing.

Design and use

The defining feature is the beaked Surehold point. Match the body volume and materials to the available gape, while keeping clear tying space around the eye and point. The shape suits classic dry flies, emerger patterns and other dressings whose proportions need to remain light and orderly.
