Partridge P Salmon Heavy Double Fly Hooks

Partridge P Salmon Heavy Double is a heavy double salmon hook for heavyweight wet flies targeting salmon and steelhead. It is the double version of the salmon irons, with an up eye and black finish, intended for classic patterns with substantial weight.

Design and use

The heavy construction supports compact flies for presentation in stronger or deeper water. The double layout affects material placement: keep the body and wing on the centre line without loading one side excessively. The up eye provides a clear working position at the head, while the black finish contributes to the appearance of the finished fly. The model suits traditional heavyweight salmon patterns.
