Partridge CS86G Universal Predator Green Fly Hooks

Partridge CS86G Universal Predator Green is a wide-gape Aberdeen-style hook for large predator flies, including patterns for pike, muskie, zander, perch and largemouth bass in freshwater.

Design and use

The micro barb helps retain the fly after the take, while the extra-strong wire and forged bend provide a substantial platform for bulky streamers and other large predator patterns. Its wide gape leaves room for materials that build volume without closing the hook gap, helping the finished fly keep a defined profile. The hook is also suitable for other freshwater predator patterns where a strong Aberdeen-style chassis is appropriate.
