Partridge CS86BR Universal Predator Bronze Fly Hooks

Partridge CS86BR Universal Predator Bronze is a strong Aberdeen-style hook for predator flies for pike, muskie, perch, zander, walleye and bigmouth bass. The wide gape supports larger patterns for freshwater, estuary and saltwater applications. It also features a micro-barb and a forged bend made from extra-strong wire.

Design and use

The wide gape leaves room for full wings, hair and fibres, while the strong wire and forged bend suit patterns that require a substantial hook base. Distribute materials so that the point remains clear and the large fly keeps a defined profile. The bronze finish can form part of the visible appearance of the pattern or be covered by the body and tying materials.
