Partridge CS43 Absolute Predator Fly Hooks

Partridge CS43 Absolute Predator is a barbless hook for bulky pike flies and other large predator patterns. Its wide gape and strong forged construction provide room for tying substantial materials. Each package contains 10 hooks.

Design and use

Ad Swier’s design creates generous space between the shank and point, allowing hair, fibres and other large-fly materials to be distributed without excessive crowding. The dropped point affects the position of the fly’s terminal section. Because the hook is barbless, guide thread and materials carefully around the point, and use the form for patterns intended for release-oriented fishing.
