Partridge CS16/2R Patriot Salmon Double Red Fly Hooks

Partridge CS16/2R Patriot Salmon Double Red is a double hook for contemporary salmon and steelhead flies. The Red version has the finish stated in its name, and each package contains 10 hooks.

Design and use

The modified Bartleet bend gives salmon patterns a recognisable profile, while the straight point helps when setting proportions for the wing, body and tail. The forged bend adds useful structural strength. Its barbless form suits fly tying and release-oriented fishing with reduced damage to the fish’s mouth; leave clear working space around both points when arranging materials.
