Olive Body Jig

Olive Body Jig is an olive jig nymph for trout and grayling, intended to imitate aquatic insect larvae in the river. It is suited to clear water and periods of more restrained feeding. The tungsten bead takes the nymph quickly down to the near-bottom zone.

Fish it close to the bottom on a short-line nymphing rig or under an indicator, keeping contact with the leader and flies. The barbless hook makes releasing the fish easier.
