Hydropsyche Tan (371)

Hydropsyche Tan (371) is a weighted nymph imitating the larva of the Hydropsyche caddis. It is suited to rivers and streams when trout and grayling are feeding close to the bottom on caddis larvae. Fish it by short-line nymphing or under an indicator, controlling a dead drift through the deepest part of the channel.

Choose size #10 for larger water or high levels, and #12 when fish are taking smaller insects. The barbless hook makes releasing fish easier.
