FFGene SS Whip Finisher Large

FFGene SS Whip Finisher Large is an individual Large-size whip-finishing tool made from stainless steel. The model has a formed-wire working section with shaped arms and a cylindrical knurled handle. This construction provides a secure hold and controlled thread handling while the head of a fly is being finished.

The arms support and guide the tying thread as successive turns of a whip-finish knot are formed. Drawing the thread beneath those turns creates a compact finish that can be seated at the fly’s head before the tag end is cut. This is a whip finisher, not a half-hitch tool used to slide individual half hitches onto the hook.
