Egg Roe Bug Pink
Egg Roe Bug Pink imitates roe during the spawning season and for several weeks afterwards, when fish collect eggs carried by the current. The pink version provides a clear focal point in clear, cold water.
Fish it close to the bottom, in channels below spawning grounds, on a short-line nymphing rig or under an indicator. Aim for as natural a drift as possible. This pattern is intended for trout and grayling, tied on a barbless size #8 hook.
